Jasmine green tea is a very delicate green tea and if incorrectly prepared, it will turn bitter. Boiling water will scald your green tea. Pour hot water (170-180°) into a cup and then place your tea bag in. Let the sachet steep for 2 - 5 minutes and then remove for your preferred taste.
