Single Origin Colombia (Light Roast)

Savor a bright light roast with subtle notes of caramel, sweet herbs, and citrus that shine from the unparalleled beans of a celebrated coffee-growing region: Colombia. Their finer coffees are lightly roasted and enjoyed with a little sugar, so we decided to follow their queue with this delicious brew. Since 2015, Grace Farms has partnered with Fairtrade women-led co-ops to support female entrepreneurs and their communities while bringing you a strikingly smooth cup of organic coffee that will be an exceptional moment of your day.

Women-Led Co-ops

Did you know that women make up 47% of the agricultural workforce, but hold less than 10% of management or ownership positions? That is why we've partnered with women-led co-ops in Colombia to support female entrepreneurs and their reinvestment into their communities. This single origin coffee is sourced from the Fairtrade certified Tolima Suave Association in central Colombia.

Bright Acidity and Chocolate

Colombia has long been a source for some of the most balanced coffees in the world. However, the finest Colombian coffees are carefully sourced from specific regions with the ideal climate and growing conditions that accentuate the distinct flavors of the country. Located in the central mountains of Colombia, farmers harvest shade grown varietals of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia coffee. This coffee highlights a bright citrus notes that are piqued from a delicious light roast, just as they enjoy it in Colombia.

"a smooth, full-bodied taste."

"I decided years ago that I am a Colombian coffee drinker. The aroma in this bag, during grinding and while brewing is excellent and the flavor is bright but not heavily acidic and there is a slight bitter note to balance the overall flavor creating a smooth, full-bodied taste." -Charissa P. Complex and delicious

I am enjoying every sip of this wonderfully complex coffee. I wish I had the words to break down the flavor profile - but suffice to say - I will be serving this as my house pour for the foreseeable future

Smooth medium roast

Really delicious coffee. I recommend brewing a little lighter than suggested for a slightly cleaner finish. Love that it supports women farmers.

Really, really good.

I really like this coffee, I tried it in the coffee maker, french press, and pour over. My favorite being pour over removed any bitterness I got from the french press. Give it a try for sure!

Colombian coffee heaven

I love Colombian coffee for its reliably smooth taste without any bitterness. This is a perfect example of exceptional Colombian coffee from the northern part of the country. A must try for those who love coffee.
